2. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Eligibility: Used, tested, or discounted merchandise (including pierced earrings and body jewelry) are non-returnable for hygiene and policy reasons.

Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please include a copy of your packing slip with the reason for your return.

Exchanges: Exchanges are limited to the exact same item if it arrived damaged or defective.
3. Order Policies

Cancellations: Orders are processed immediately. Once an order enters the packing/shipping stage, it cannot be canceled.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Packages returned due to incomplete addresses will be refunded minus original shipping costs. We are unable to re-ship undeliverable packages.
